Annual Meeting, Silent Auction, Annual Recognition Dinner

Auxiliary members and friends, our annual meeting is coming up on Saturday, March 24. We’d love for you to join us in the morning for a short business meeting, followed by a fun social outing in Des Moines. We promise to have you back to the hotel in plenty of time to get ready for the Recognition Dinner that evening. ;)

Our meeting will be held at the Airport Holiday Inn in Des Moines (same location as last year). The tentative agenda/plan for the day is:

8:30-9:30 a.m. INGO Auxiliary annual business meeting, including presentation of the scholarships and address by TAG Timothy Orr.

9:30-10:00 a.m. Break and an opportunity to bid on silent auction items

10:00 a.m. Bus leaves for the East Village area of Des Moines for shopping, dining, and a morning of fun!

12:00 p.m. Lunch at The Continental. Lunch is provided by the Auxiliary for all attending members and friends.

1:45 p.m. Bus picks everyone up from the East Village and returns to the Airport Holiday Inn.

There is no cost to attend the business meeting or social; we are simply thrilled to have new and old friends gather to catch up and meet one another!
